Create an account on web:

  1. Go to Sign up with email or Sign up with phone number .
  2. Enter your email/phone number, and a password.
  3. Click Sign up .
  4. Verify account:
    • We will send you a verification link via email. Check your email to click Verify My Email button.
    • We will send you a verification code via SMS. Enter the verification code in the field on 360 account website.
  5. You’ll see a success message.

Create an account in 360 Total Security:

  1. Open 360 Total Security.

  2. Open 360 account.

  3. Enter your email/phone number, and a password.

  4. Click Sign up .

  5. Verify account:

    • We will send you a verification link via email. Check your email to click Verify My Email button.
    • We will send you a verification code via SMS. Enter the verification code in the field on 360 account website.
  6. You’ll see a success message.

Log in to your account on web:

  1. Go to Log in with email or Log in with phone number .
  2. Enter your email/phone number and password.
  3. Click Log in .

Log in to your account in 360 Total Security:

  1. Open 360 Total Security.

  2. Open 360 account.

  3. Enter your email/phone number and password.

  4. Click Log in .

If you're not currently logined to your account:

  1. Go to Forgot password .
  2. Enter the email address/phone number you used to create the account.
  3. In order to verify your email/phone number, we will send you an email or SMS message with a code. Enter the verification code in the field provided and click Verify .
  4. You’ll see a success message.

  1. Go to Security .
  2. Click Change password .
  3. Enter the email address/phone number you used to create the account.

    • Add an email/phone number: In the Email/Phone number section, click Add your email/phone number .
    • Update an email/phone number: Next to where your Email/Phone number is listed, click Edit .

360 Central is a web-based console for business admin to deploy 360 Total Security Business and manage target devices. To get 360 Total Security Business, the admin needs to create a Central account first.

Create a Central account:

  1. Go to Sign up .
  2. Enter your email, and a password.
  3. Click Sign up .
  4. Verify account. We will send you a verification link via email. Check your email to click Verify My Email button.
  5. You’ll see a success message.

Log in to your Central account:

  1. Go to Log in .
  2. Enter your email and password.
  3. Click Log in .

No, you have to create a Central account, and vice versa. Central account is independent from personal account.
