Customer Experience Improvement Program

We have created the 360 customer experience improvement program with the goal of improving the user experience through analysis of statistical product usage data. By analyzing these statistics, 360 can improve the quality of products and services for our users. 360 only collects statistics relating to the function and performance of our products, and no personal data will be collected when collecting or analyzing this data. Participation in the program is voluntary, and you can choose whether to join the customer experience improvement program at the time you install 360 Total Security (the "Software"). If the Software is already installed on your device, you can also join the customer experience improvement plan by changing your preferences by visiting the "Preferences" menu.

It is your decision whether to participate in the 360 Customer Experience Improvement Program. If you would like to opt out of the program, go to "Preferences" and change the option "Join the User Experience Improvement Program" to "Off".

If you participate in the 360 Customer Experience Improvement Program, Qihoo 360 will collect usage statistics of each Software as required, which generally includes the installation and uninstallation of users. Upon analysis of this data, Qihoo 360 may improve the quality of Software and release helpful security services to users. The statistics are only taken in connection with Qihoo 360's Software, and contain no Personal User Information.

On the basis of product development, 360 may make changes to the 360 Customer Experience Improvement Program. Relevant information will be issued via the product and published on a prominent section of our website to ensure that users are promptly notified. If you choose to continue using our services, this implies your consent and agreement with these changes.
