Qihu 360 “360 Total Security Back to School Campaign” T&C Official Rules

1. Eligibility


The 360 Total Security “360 Total Security Back to School Campaign” (the “Campaign”) is open to all 360 Total Security users using the Russian or English version of the software. The Campaign is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

2. Sponsor

Lamantine Software, A.S. (herein, “Lamantine “)

3. Agreement to Official Rules


By participating in the Campaign, entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Campaign.

4. Campaign Period


The Campaign begins at 00:00am, September 7th, 2016, ends 11:59PM, September 14th. 2016 (Beijing Time), and the winners will be announced by September 23rd.

5. How to Participate


1.360 Total Security users can directly claim the Software Bundle within the software.
2.New users need to download 360 Total Security first. Follow the instructions in the popup window displayed in the application to claim the Software Bundle and submit a valid email address.
3.Each participant will then receive ONE unique activation code for the Software Bundle from this campaign. This gift code will also be sent to participant’s email. Participant can then adopt this code to activate the software in the Software Bundle. (Note that all the software is randomly distributed to the Software Bundle.)
4.Participant can also win the Cash Prize by sharing the campaign to other social media channels.

6. Prize


1.The first prize is a $150 Cash Prize. There will be only one winner for this category.
2.The second prize is a $150 Cash Prize. There will be only one winner for this category.
3.The third prize is a 360 Portable Charger. There will be ten winners for each category.
4.The special prize is 360 Up Up Toys. This prize will be randomly given out.
5.Each participant can receive a software activation code for the Software Bundle gift once submitting required information. The code is to be redeemed within 7 days.The winners will be selected amongst all those users who share this campaign message to other social media channels.
The prize winner agrees and accepts the terms and conditions of gift redemption governed by the Sponsor.

7. Severability


The gift code should only be used for personal and non-commercial purposes. Any use of robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed or similar entry methods to earn the prize will void entrant’s eligibility to the Campaign. If any provision in these terms is held to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, such provision (or the part of it that is making it invalid, void or unenforceable) will be struck and not affect the validity of and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

8. Verification of Potential Winners


The potential winners will be notified by email. Potential winners must comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules. “For Potential Winners: if any potential winner cannot be contacted, or if prize is returned as undeliverable, he/she forfeits prize.”

9. Publicity


Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that Sponsor and its designees reserve the right to publish name and email of the entrant with prize information, the winner on campaign site or through social networks for publicity purposes.

10. General Conditions


In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Campaign is impaired in any way for any reason, including, but, not limited to, fraud, technical failures, regularly-scheduled maintenance, virus or other technical problem, the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, either: (a) suspend the Campaign to address the impairment, then resume the Campaign in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; or (b) cancel the Campaign and award the prizes in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the time of impairment. The Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Campaign or to be acting in violation of the Official Rules of this or any other Campaign, or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to undermine the legitimate operation of the Campaign may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

11. Termination and Change


“Qihu 360” may suspend or terminate the Campaign or a user’s ability to participate in this campaign at any time for any reason.
Requirements and incentives may also change at any time. The eligibility for the prize will become null and void if discovered that it has been earned as a result of fraudulent activities or methods. “Qihu 360” reserves the right to cancel a user’s participation if any abusive or fraudulent activity is noticed.
