1. How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information

We collect and use your personal information in accordance with the principles of legality, legitimacy, and necessity, and solely for the purposes described in this Policy. If we intend to use your information for purposes not specified herein, we will notify you in a reasonable manner and obtain your consent where required.

When you use this Product, we may collect and use your personal information in the following scenarios:

(1) Basic Functions Requiring Authorization

1.1 Account Registration and Login

When creating an account, you are required to provide a mobile phone number or email address to register, log in, and ensure account security. We also collect your username and password.

If you refuse to provide such information, you will not be able to register an account. However, you may still access certain basic functions such as browsing or searching.

When you delete your account, we will cease using your personal information and delete or anonymize it, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

You may also log in using third-party accounts (e.g., Google). With your authorization, we will obtain your nickname, profile picture, and other authorized information.

1.2 Feedback Handling

You may submit feedback through the Product. If you are not logged in or registered, you may be required to provide contact information (such as a phone number, email address) so that we can respond to your inquiry.

Such information will be used solely for communication purposes and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, unless required by law.

1.3 Security Assurance

To ensure account and system security, we may collect information such as IP address, device model, hardware serial number, operating system, and MAC address. This information is used to detect risks, prevent fraud, and maintain system integrity.

We may also combine account information, device information, and usage data (including data obtained from partners) for identity verification, security monitoring, and risk prevention purposes.

1.4 Archive File Security Scanning

When you use this Product to open an archive, the security scanning function (enabled by default) will upload certain executable program files within the archive (excluding user files, images, photos, videos, and other privacy-related non-program files and information such as names, phone numbers, addresses, email addresses, and account information) — specifically the file name, file path, and file fingerprint — to the 360 Cloud Security Center, where they are compared against an online trojan blacklist database and a whitelist database of files certified as safe by the 360 Cloud Security Center.

You may disable this function by unchecking the "Scan decompressed files" option in the software settings.

1.5 Crash Reports

This Product will upload DUMP files generated when the software crashes to the 360 Cloud Security Center for fault analysis and quality improvement. DUMP files are generated by the operating system (e.g., Windows) when a program crashes and contain the program execution state at the time of the crash, including crash time and system information. DUMP files may contain personal information.

You may disable DUMP file upload by unchecking the "Automatically send crash reports to 360" option in the software settings.

(2) Other Uses

1.6 Statistical Analysis

With your authorization, we may collect anonymized data, including device information, operating system version, screen resolution, usage frequency, and crash logs. This information is used for product analysis, performance improvement, and error reduction.

Such data does not include personally identifiable information.

(3) Exceptions to Consent

We may process your personal information without prior consent in the following circumstances:

  • Where necessary for the performance of a contract
  • Where required by law or legal obligations
  • In response to public health emergencies or for the protection of life or property
