Smart Network Technology Co. Limited., (“we”) respects your privacy and values the trust you place in us when you share your personal data with us. This policy sets out how we, as data controller, collect and use your personal data, why we use it, with whom we share it, the rights to which you may be entitled and your choices about our use of your personal data. This policy covers our use of your personal data arising from use of AirSendit, AirSendit application (“APP”) and our official website (“Website”) (www.360totalsecurity.com/airsendit). We will collect and use your personal information to allow access to AirSendit and Website and for other purposes set out in more detail in this section.

  • Unique 360 serial number which created during your use of certain services;
  • Wi-Fi network information (including Wi-Fi account name, no password);
  • Device information, such as your operating system version, system language;

  • Offer features such as device connection and files transfer
  • Identify issues with AirSendit and your experience of it
  • Manage your mobile through PC or Web pages such as check device, clipboard, web, app, and etc.

Information we collect when you participate in User Experience Improvement Program of AirSendit:

  • Features you use in AirSendit;
  • The pages of AirSendit you requested and viewed;
  • Error log and DUMP files such as crash report.
  • The sizes of files which you have transferred

You can turn off User Experience Improvement Program through Settings-General-User Experience Improvement Program

We use this information, including to:

  • Identify issues with AirSendit and user's experience of it;
  • Improve our service;

Why we collect and how long we keep your information

We collect and use your information for a variety of reasons. We need your information to enter into and perform our contract and realize the functions of AirSendit.

Some information processing is required by law due to our anti-fraud screening obligations or in the public interest such as making sure we verify our users’ identities.

We will keep your information for as long as it is reasonably necessary (except cloud video recording as stated above). It will depend on factors such as whether you have an account with us or have interacted with us. We will also routinely refresh our information to ensure we keep it up-to-date.

Your personal data may also be processed if it is necessary on reasonable request by a law enforcement or regulatory authority, body or agency or in the defense of a legal claim. The information when you use Software through your PC, Mobile and Website will be stored in the EU and accessed from China by us and our external IT services providers.
