Step 1: Click on the Start Menu and select All Programs on your PC.
Step 2: Locate and expand the “360 Security Center” folder. Click on the “360 Total Security” subfolder and run Uninstall. (Note: These folders will have the same name for both 360 Total Security and 360 Total Security Essential.)
Step 3: Once the program runs, it will ask if you want to uninstall 360 Total Security. Click Continue.
Step 4: After clicking Continue, a popup will ask if you want to remove 360 Total Security permanently. Click Yes. A message will notify you that the uninstallation is complete.
Step 5: Restart your PC and check if there are any files remaining from the program. From the Start Menu, select Computer, Local Disk (C:), and then Program Files. Locate the “360” folder and delete it (if it exists).
*Both 360 Total Security and 360 Total Security Essential are free to all users, but some value-added services such as Premium Support may involve extra costs.
