Phương pháp 1: Đăng nhập tài khoản Premium để hoàn tất liên kết thiết bị

1. Mở 360 Total Security trên PC hoặc máy tính bảng bạn muốn liên kết.
2. Đăng nhập bằng tài khoản 360 Premium.

3. Khi lời nhắc "Bạn có muốn thêm thiết bị này không?" xuất hiện, hãy nhấp OK.
4. Nếu lời nhắc không xuất hiện, hãy nhấp Thêm để liên kết thủ công.
5. Nếu mua khóa cho 3 hoặc 5 thiết bị, hãy liên kết các thiết bị khác theo cách tương tự trong trung tâm cá nhân.

Phương pháp 2: Nhập khóa bản quyền

1. Nhấp Đăng ký khóa bản quyền trong Cài đặt.
2. Nhập khóa để hoàn tất liên kết thiết bị.

Các nguyên nhân thường gặp khi liên kết thất bại

• Một khóa chỉ có thể liên kết với một tài khoản. Hãy xác nhận bạn đã đăng nhập đúng tài khoản.
• Khóa đã nhập không hợp lệ. Kiểm tra lại nội dung đã nhập.
• Khóa đã hết hạn. Kiểm tra thời hạn hiệu lực và gia hạn.
• Số thiết bị có thể liên kết bị giới hạn. Xóa thiết bị không dùng trong trung tâm cá nhân hoặc mua khóa mới.

Remove added devices and bind new devices

Note: Device removal and new device binding operations can only be done on the personal center page.

1. Sign in to the 360 security center page.
2. Select the Licenses tab.
3. Expand the drop-down list in the Devices section.
4. Click the Delete button on the right side of the device name you want to remove.
5. After deletion, the prompt "Do you want to add the device to your current account" will appear at the top of the page. Click Add to bind your new device.

View or remove registered devices via web page

1. Open the 360 Account page and log in with your Premium account.
2. Navigate to Manage.
3. In the Active license section, click Remove on the right of the target device you wish to delete.

You can go to the personal center to view your account benefits, where your purchased membership benefits and expiration date will be clearly displayed.

Where can I view license key, validity period and renewal information?

You can check all related data in the legacy personal center, including your license key, validity period and renewal details.

1. Click the account avatar icon to enter the legacy personal center page.
2. Switch to the License tab to check your license key, validity period and renewal information.

Activation Steps:

1. Download and install 360 Total Security.
2. Click "Upgrade Now" or Premium promotion entry to purchase.
3. Purchase inside the client: After payment, your 360 account will pop up automatically, membership binds directly to your login email with no license key required.
4. Purchase from legacy stores (https://www.360totalsecurity.com/ru/store/ https://www.360totalsecurity.com/en/store/): We will send a license key to your email. Open the drop-down menu, click Register License Key, enter the key and complete activation.

5. Log in your 360 account, your membership will be bound to this account.
6. A success prompt means activation is done.

Troubleshooting (Ads remain / Premium features unavailable after purchase)

• Verify you have logged into your 360 account. Reference: How to log in to 360 account in 360 Total Security.
• Verify your membership/license is activated. Reference: How to add my license key.
• Verify your device is bound to the account. Reference: How to add devices.
• Confirm you have the latest software version installed.
• Check that your membership/license has not expired. Reference: How to extend the expiration date.

Xem thông tin khóa trong email:

Nếu mua Premium từ cửa hàng trực tuyến, "360" đã gửi khóa đến địa chỉ email bạn nhập khi mua. Để tìm email:

• Nếu có nhiều địa chỉ email, hãy kiểm tra hộp thư đã dùng khi mua Premium.
• Tìm từ "360" trong email.
• Kiểm tra thư mục spam.

Manually register on web:

1. Go to Register.
2. Enter your 25-character key into the field. Refer to "Where can I find my license key after purchase?".
3. Click Register button.

If you see key error message when you enter the key, try the following ways to solve it:

• Check if you have entered the correct 25 characters. Try to copy or type it again.
• If you have multiple 360 accounts, check if you have added this key to another 360 account.
