Create an account in 360 Total Security:

1. Open 360 Total Security.
2. Open 360 account.

3. Enter your email and a password.
4. Click Next .
5. We will send you a verification link via email. Check your email to click Verify My Email button.
6. You’ll see a success message.

Create an account on web:

1. Go to [Sign up].
2. Enter your email and a password.
3. Click Sign up.
4. We will send you a verification link via email. Check your email to click Verify My Email button.
5. You’ll see a success message.

Log in to your account in 360 Total Security:

1. Open 360 Total Security.
2. Open 360 account.
   
3. Enter your email/phone number and password.
4. Click Sign in.

Log in to your account on web:

1. Go to Log in with email or Log in with phone number.
2. Enter your email/phone number and password.
3. Click Log in.

If you can’t log into 360 account, try the following ways to find the possible reason and solve it:

• Check your network connection.
• Check if you have entered the correct account and password. Refer to “How to reset password?”

If you forgot your password:

1. Go to Forgot password.
2. Enter the email address/phone number you used to create the account.
3. In order to verify your email/phone number, we will send you an email or SMS message with a code. Enter the verification code in the field provided and click Verify .
4. You’ll see a success message.

If you remember your password but you would like to change it:

1. Go to Security.
2. Click Change password.
3. Enter the email address/phone number you used to create the account.
4. In order to verify your email/phone number, we will send you an email or SMS message with a code. Enter the verification code in the field provided and click Verify.
5. You’ll see a success message.

Deleting the account will remove your profile, points, license key and other data associated with it. If you still would like your account deleted, we can take care of this for you. Please send the following information to support@360safe.com from the email address you used to register 360 account:

You can earn points by inviting your friends to 360 in two ways:

• You will earn 500 points each time a friend you refer installs 360 Total Security and creates account.
• You will earn 5000 points each time a friend you refer purchases Premium for the first time.

Refer to “How does Referral Program work?”.

To view and use your points:

1. Open 360 Total Security and log in with your 360 account.
   
2. You can find your points in Dashboard tab.
3. You can find reward list in Reward tab.
4. Choose reward that you have enough points to redeem, click Redeem.
5. There may be 3 options depending on how you pay for your existing license key:

• Automatically extend the validity period of your existing license key. If you have license key which needs to be renewed manully before it expires, you can redeem Premium to extend its validity period.
• Increase the device limit of the current account. If you just have auto-renewing license key, the redeemed key can be registered to your account to increase the device limit.
• Don’t register this key to the current account, but just send to my email.

6. You'll see a success message.

When you invite friends to 360, you can earn points when they get started using it.

• You will earn 500 points each time a friend you refer installs 360 Total Security and creates account.
• You will earn 5000 points each time a friend you refer purchases Premium for the first time.
• Your friends wil also benefit from referrals. Every friend you refer will be given one month of Premium.

To get your link and invite your friends:

1. Go to Referral.
2. Use any of the following methods to share your referral link:

• Post your referral link to a social media account such as Facebook or Twitter. Click the button for the network that you'd prefer and follow the steps to create your post.
• Send your friends an email with your unique referral link.
• Copy and paste your referral link into a chat window, or any other way that you connect with friends.

3. When your friends click the link, they will be prompted to download 360 Total Security and create a 360 account.
4. If the referral is counted as a successful one, both you and your friend will get rewards.

In order for your referrals to successfully help you earn points, the friends you invite must do the following:

1. Install 360 Total Security on a new device by clicking your unique referral link. The device hasn't had 360 Total Security installed on previously.
2. Create a new 360 account.

360 Central is a web-based console for business admin to deploy 360 Total Security Business and manage target devices. To get 360 Total Security Business, the admin needs to create a Central account first.

Create a Central account:

1. Go to Sign up.
2. Enter your email, and a password.
3. Click Sign up.
4. Verify account. We will send you a verification link via email. Check your email to click Verify My Email button.
5. You’ll see a success message.

Log in to your Central account:

1. Go to Log in.
2. Enter your email and password.
3. Click Log in.

No, you have to create a Central account, and vice versa. Central account is independent from personal account.
