Method 1: Sign in Premium account to complete device binding

  1. Open 360 Total Security on the PC or tablet you want to bind.
  2. Log in with your 360 Premium account.

  1. When the prompt "Would you like to add this device?" pops up, click OK.
  2. If the prompt does not appear, click the Add button to bind the device manually.
  3. If you purchased a license key for 3 or 5 devices, bind other devices in the same way via your personal center.

Method 2: Enter license key to complete device binding

  1. Click Register license key in Settings.
  2. Input your license key to finish device binding.

Common device binding failure reasons

  • One license key can only be bound to a single account. Please confirm you have logged into the correct target account.
  • The license key you entered is invalid. Double-check if you typed it correctly.
  • Your license key has expired. Please check the validity period of the key and complete the renewal.
  • There is a maximum limit on the number of bindable devices. You may remove unused devices in your personal center or purchase a new license key to bind new devices.

Remove added devices and bind new devices

Note: Device removal and new device binding operations can only be done on the personal center page.

  1. Sign in to the 360 security center page.
  2. Select the Licenses tab.
  3. Expand the drop-down list in the Devices section.
  4. Click the Delete button on the right side of the device name you want to remove.
  5. After deletion, the prompt "Do you want to add the device to your current account" will appear at the top of the page. Click Add to bind your new device.

View or remove registered devices via web page

  1. Open the 360 Account page and log in with your Premium account.
  2. Navigate to Manage.
  3. In the Active license section, click Remove on the right of the target device you wish to delete.

You can go to the personal center to view your account benefits, where your purchased membership benefits and expiration date will be clearly displayed.

Where can I view license key, validity period and renewal information?

You can check all related data in the legacy personal center, including your license key, validity period and renewal details.

  1. Click the account avatar icon to enter the legacy personal center page.
  2. Switch to the License tab to check your license key, validity period and renewal information.

What products and operating systems does Premium service support?

Supported products: 360 Total Security (Windows version) 360 Total Security Essential (Windows version)

Purchase guidance for different devices

  1. For users with Windows XP / Windows 7/ Windows 8, or Windows 10/11 x86 incompatible devices: We provide a legacy payment channel for these devices.

  2. For all other devices outside the above Windows scenarios: You can purchase Premium service normally via our official website or inside the product client.

Premium is a built-in value-added service of 360 Total Security. Free and Premium users share the same installation package, no extra app download needed.

Activation Steps:

  1. Download and install 360 Total Security.
  2. Click "Upgrade Now" or Premium promotion entry to purchase.
  3. Purchase inside the client: After payment, your 360 account will pop up automatically, membership binds directly to your login email with no license key required.
  4. Purchase from legacy stores (https://www.360totalsecurity.com/ru/store/ https://www.360totalsecurity.com/en/store/): We will send a license key to your email. Open the drop-down menu, click Register License Key, enter the key and complete activation.

  1. Log in your 360 account, your membership will be bound to this account.
  2. A success prompt means activation is done.

Troubleshooting (Ads remain / Premium features unavailable after purchase)

The key contains 25 characters like this:

View license key information in your email:

If you bought Premium from our online store, the license key was sent to in the email address you entered during purchase by "360". Try the following ways to find this email:

  • If you have multiple email addresses, check the email box that you entered when you bought Premium online.
  • Try searching the email for the word "360".
  • Check the spam folder.

Manually register on web:

  1. Go to Register.
  2. Enter your 25-character key into the field. Refer to "Where can I find my license key after purchase?".
  3. Click Register button.

If you see key error message when you enter the key, try the following ways to solve it:

  • Check if you have entered the correct 25 characters. Try to copy or type it again.
  • If you have multiple 360 accounts, check if you have added this key to another 360 account.
